strawberrie Cheesecake

HI  life lovers,

Who enjoys food, enjoys life, I would like to share my biggest sweet temptation with you and that is the Homemade Redvelvet Cheescake from my mother.

I love this cake because it is fresh, fruity, sweet and creamy every time you take a bie its  taste does tastes like more.

So only for you guys the recipe.

  • Servings: 12

  • 250 gr butter, at room temperature
  • 600 gr fine crystal sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of red beet dye from the bio store
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 375 gr of flour
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract sweetest fresh vanilla (marrow of 1
  • vanilla stick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Glaze
  • 400 gr fresh cream cheese (cheapest available at the aldi)
  • 350 gr white chocolate
  • 250 gr butter, at room temperature
  • 500 gr of fresh strawberries.
  • 125 grams of raspberries (suprise)

 

      Preparation:

  • 45 minutes> Preparation:
    25 minutes> Ready in: 1h10 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Infuse 3 round spring forms of 20
  • cm diameter and pollinate with flower.
  • In a large bowl, whip cream butter with sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs 1 for 1 and beat them well.
  • Mix the red beet dye with the cocoa and add it.
  • Alternately add flour and buttermilk. Then vanilla and salt.
  • Bake baking soda with vinegar and stir gently through the
  • batter. Do not mix too much.
  • Spread the cake batter over the 3 spring forms and bake for 25
  • minutes in the preheated oven. And let it cool well.
  • For the glaze topping of white chocolate and cream cheese:
  • melt the white chocolate and let it turn lukewarm.
  • Serve the cream cheese lightly in a large bowl. Gradually melt
  • the melted chocolate and soft cream butter until the whole has
  • the thickness of whipped cream. Then fill the cake and glaze.
  • Then spread between the first and second cakes with the filling
  • of cream cheese and chocolate and as a surprise the
  • raspberries. Rub the second layer again with the filling of cream
  • cheese and chocolate, smear the top cake with cream cheese
  • white chocolate mixture and decors with different colored glaze
  • pens and fresh strawberries.
