8 tips to keep the youth in your face!

Hi dear people,

We all ofcorse want to age as nicely and healthily as possible, I will be 30 this year and I also want to keep the youth in my appearance for as long as possible, but how? Now of course nobody has the perfect answer, but my grandmother was a great example for me, a real trendsetter and until her 86, her last years still a beautiful appearance.

And she too had her manners because she was certainly vain!

  1. Avoid stress as much as possible, she said, because stress makes you grow old quickly !, did you know that stress is also one of the biggest causes of most illnesses and psychological complaints! avoiding as much stress as possible from your life, spending a lot of time in nature causes a rapid decrease in your stress level or, for example, meditating or Yoga are strong ways to reduce your stress level in a healthy way.
  2. Where they se too is not good, she always told my sisters and me !, Too much candy, too much food, too many drinks, in short, where  top  is infront of  she would rather avoid, except of course.
  3. Apply a factor against sun damage every day.
  4. She also said ''Child stay young and playful as long as you can,  because you are old for the rest of your life .. by staying playful you can handle things in life more easily '' don't take everything so seriously she said, enjoy, play and laugh! and I must say that this has been the best tip for me.
  5. Chase after your dreams - do what you want ... full of passion ... because that will make you shine
  6. Don't worry about the opinions of others and go for real freedom, otherwise you will live someone else's life and that is a stressful existence.
  7. Eating and exercising healthy is of course one of the rules, so that your appearance continues to shine and your body achieves the right results! for me it works very well for example to start the day with oatmeal and fresh fruit, products that you can use in a healthy lifestyle: nuts, berries, green leafy vegetables such as spinach and broccoli, fish, avocado, brown rice, whole-grain pasta. And of course the most important thing our body needs: water.
  8. Use the right products for your skin and ask a specialist for advice!
